Weight Watchers Vs. Jenny Craig

I need to loose weight and have come to the conclusion that I cant do it by myself. I would like a program with premade meals for me to follow. I was thinking Weight watchers. I have heard more about them then anyone else. Does anyone have any experience with them. Also I would love to know how much they cost.
