Aquaphor, Eczema and Bum Genius Diapers

My son has severe eczema on his entire body and sometimes we are applying Aquaphor 3 times (or more) a day. I was told by Bum Genius reps that this cream would affect the absorbency of my Bum Genius diapers. I have been using Pampers but really want to cloth diaper. My son does not have a reaction to the diapers. It is more the issue of the diapers having a reaction to the creams I am using on his skin. Any suggestions? 1. Aquaphor & Mylanta for Diaper Rash????

I read in either Parents or Babytalk that you can use a mixture of Eucerin Aquaphor and Mylanta on diaper rash and that it works great. Has anyone ever tried this? I'm about at my wits end with a never ending diaper rash on my daughter. It will go away for a day or two and then comes right back.

Diaper Rash with New Diaper

Hi fellow Mommies. I have a question concerning my almost 1 year old daughter. She just learned to crawl at Christmas and my husband decided that since she was crawling now (and is getting bigger), that we needed to change her type of diapers.
