Diaper Changing Help

I am a stay at home mom of a extremley active one year old. He has always been more then a handfull for changing diapers but lately it is down right tramatic for the both of us. He throughs an absolute fit. Flailing around pushing biting pulling hair and now screaming and crying to the point he can almost not breath. Sometimes it takes two adults to change him. I have tried to give him a toy, playing game singing songs, all the distraction techniques I can think of and nothing is working. HElp me please. I don't know what to do...

Bowel Movements...sorry, Not Trying to Be Yucky!

Hello fellow Mamasource moms! Sorry, not trying to be gross...but I need some input on this. My son only has bowel movements about 2 times a week, on a good week! Since he has been potty trained, he doesn't like to go "big potty" very much. He has to get to a point where he can't hold it before he goes. I have given him raisins, apple-prune juice, grapes on a consistent basis with no effect! Does anyone know of anything I can give him that will make him more regular? Diaper Bag Recommendations

I currently have a 9*10*6 diaper bag that is TOO SMALL. I have gone through two larger, hospital diaper bags in under 2 years. I am looking for a larger, quality bag that will last a 3-4 years. Please only recommend a bag you used daily or almost daily for years and mention any issues you had with it. I'm also open to warnings against a bag you had issues with. Thanks!!

To Diaper Genie or Not...

I received a Diaper Genie II from a friend at my baby shower, but I had decided previously to go with the disposable diaper bags (www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3011096). Now I don't know if I want to keep the genie or stick to my original plan. Anyone have any suggestions about using the diaper genie? I don't want to have more baby items than I need.

What Should I Do for Diaper Rash?

I think my 2 month old son has some diaper rash on the inside of his thighs and his lower stomach above his diaper. I have never seen or felt diaper rash so I'm not sure if that is what it is. The skin is bumpy and feels leathery. I have applied some A+D Ointment on it but I'm not seeing a difference. Do any other moms have any suggestions of anything else I should be applying? Does Desitin work better? Thanks, D.

Target Brand Diapers

We have been using Huggies Little movers exclusively for about 6 months. I love them. They NEVER leak on my son. Potty Target for Boys to Pee On?

My 6 year old son always seems to end up making a bit of a mess when he pees. He goes standing up. (My 3 year old still sits down and that works fine). I tell him to aim and wipe up any on the potty (or the floor) but of course, that only works so well. It seems like I once heard about some sort of product you can put in the toilet to be a "target" for them to "shoot" at. Wipe Warmer Problem

My mom gave me a wipe warmer, and I love the idea of it, but am having real problems with it. It comes with the water holder to keep them from drying out, but they still dry out and the wipes that are on bottom actually get burned. By the time I get to the bottom wipes (about a half inch thick of wipes), they are brown from being scorched. Has anyone else had this problem, or is there something I can do to prevent it from happening?
