Help! My 10 Month Old Son Will Not Stay Still When It's Time to Change a Diaper

I have tried to give him a toy or something to occupy him but his interest is gone before I have even gotten his diaper off, any suggestions?

- Is he able to stand at a table? I used to change my toddlers diapers while he was standing which made it a lot easier. N.
- If you can figure it out, let me know, too! I have the same problem! I've tried toys, a bottle, strapping him down, but nothing wortks!
