Advice on Having a Baby W/o Insurance

My husband and I are talking about having another child. There are a couple if issues. Starting over would be difficult, but could be managed. We don't have health insurance like we did the first time. And, I'll be 38 in December. It's kind of a now or never feeling. Hey moms, need a little help here. My 5 month old has started teething I believe. She drools, puts everything in her mouth, and for the past 3 days has had a temperature from 99.7 to 100.9.
