Best Eczema Treatment

My son has always had bad skin. He's 20 months now and has a large circle on his left cheek that has really bad eczema (nothing anywhere else). We've been through the standard line up (Aloe, Aveeno, prescriptions, etc) and nothing seems to work. I'm waiting for the dr to call me back and hopefully prescribe a new medication but has anyone had any luck with any over the counter creams / lotions?

6 Mo. Old with Bad Exzema?

My daughter has really bad looking "patches" of dry, red skin on her face [mainly on her cheeks]. I've tried Aveeno Baby lotion [for exzema] and her pediatrician said to use 1% hydrocortizone cream, but i thought it might be too strong. It doesn't seem to bug her much. but it looks painful. :/ Does anyone have any ideas. Thanks, C. H.

You ladies have some great insight and advice on just about everything.. so Thank YOU!! My daughter is 5 and will begin kindergarten in one month! At a Loss and Need Advice!!

I'm at a loss with my DS who's 8 1/2 months old and I'll try to make this brief yet descriptive. When he was about 4 months old he started to have signs of eczema - went to the doctor and got some prescriptions and also went to a dermatologist which again gave him a prescriptions - mainly to dry up the eczema (bloody/scabs) and to help the itching. He was given Derma-smoothe to help dry up eczema and Hydroxyzine to help the itching (this is an oral medication). Both seemed to help for a while... We've started him on more solid foods and...

Thanks for All Your Advice!!!

My 5.5 month old daughter has her first sickness--diarrhea since Friday. We took her to urgent care and they said it is probably rotavirus. I just wanted to know if anyone has any advice on how to get her to drink fluids--she hates anything other than her formula and she won't even drink that very much. I am currently giving her lactinex granules in her formula to help her stomach combat the virus (doctor told me to do this). Also, she has developed a pretty nasty diaper rash so any advice on curing and helping this would be appreciated...
