Losing Weight After Pregnancy

I just had a daughter 7 wks ago and am struggling to lose weight. I'm not breastfeeding because after two weeks of breastfeeding I dried up and was no longer able. I'm only eating about once a day sometimes twice a day. Its usually actually meals that I eat not junk. I've been exercising but it doesn't seem like I can lose the weight. Does anyone have any tips on how to speed up the weight loss? My secound question is this is my first child and I am gonna have to start working again soon and I am not sure how to cope with my daughter going...

Confusion on Taking Deltasone During Pregnancy

I have had up and down platelet counts throughout my pregnancy and just recently(I am now in my 8th month) they flew down to 39,000(previously being 88,000 and the time before that 155,000. However Before that they were at 75,000). I have had no signs of bruising or any other unusal sympton and the rest of my blood work always turns out, "excellent".
