Convertible Car Seats

We are thinking of buying a convertible car seat in the near future for my daughter who is close to 10 months now. We have two cars and would like to have two of the same kind, since I drop her to day care and my husband picks her up. Currently we have a Graco infant seat and we love it. Hence I was thinking of choosing a Graco product again. However any other suggestions are welcome.

Need Recommendation for a Double Stroller

Hi other Moms.... I just found out I'm pregnant with baby number 2. I think my due date will be in early May, I see the doctor tomorrow. Anyway, since my lovely little girl is only 11 months, we will need a double stroller. I think I would like to stick with Graco since I already have a good Graco infant seat, but I'm not firm on that. So, I was wondering if you have any good (or bad) things to say about double strollers. I prefer the front/back ones since the double ones are hard to maneuver in stores. Thanks for your help; I really...

Seeking Fun with a 1 Yr Old

My husband, son and I always loved going to the beach and camping. Last summer was a big bummer for our family because we couldn't do much of the stuff we enjoy because we had a newborn. This summer I think it would be fine to go to the beach and camping with our 1 yr. old, but other people still think she's too young. I'm just trying to get other people veiws on this subject. Please no rude feed back. Thank you.

Need Help Choosing a Stroller

I have a 3 week old infant and I still have not chosen a stroller. I'm driving myself crazy trying to make this decision. A friend lent me her Peg Perego to try & purchase from her if I like it. It was okay, but didn't seem like anything special. I tried a Graco in Babies R Us & it seemd fine. I don't want the Chicco because the infant seat doesn't fit in the grocery cart. Also, whatever I choose, I want to last me through his toddler years. I don't want to get one for now and another when he starts walking and out of the infant...

Advice on Poratble Video Monitor

Good morning mommies! I need feedback from other parents that have used portable, handheld video monitors for their babies. My friend had one by Summers and likes it. I was wondering if anyone else had any feedback as to which ones they used/liked or suggest to avoid. I'm losing sleep over not being able to check on her during the night and when I go in to peek at her she wakes up!!! I need a portable monitor!!!

How Much Is Too Much Television?

I let my daughter watch a total of 2 1/2 hours of TV a day. She wathces 1 1/2 in the morning so I can do breakfast, laundry, cleaning etc. And then just one hour after nap time @ 4:00 so I can make supper. She only watches Sesame Street and Blues Clues. When my husband is home he lets her watch all day long. I'm just worried she watches too much some say it's fine that's how their kids learned ABC and 123. She is 22 months old and she is not really talking and since she could walk she doesn't sit still with one toy. I just don't want...
