Cathy is a wonderful example of a caring counselor. From relaxation to wellness she is the most considerate authority I know. Her credentials are fantastic and her advice is genuine. I would recommend her counseling to the people I love most.

Cathy has helped my whole family as we work to address the needs of my 10-year-old son who struggles with ADD and related emotional issues. Cathy has been supportive in ways I've not come to expect in similar settings. Her geniune concern and desire to help was obvious from the start. She listened attentively and never rushed us. She agreed to meet my son at our home when that seemed most beneficial. She still shares information outside scheduled visits via email when she thinks it would be helpful or of interest to us. Cathy is concerned about the whole person: mind, body, and spirit. She is respectful of one's individuality and, I would say, just really has a love for people, especially children and teens (she has also met with my 16-year-old daughter). Over the years, I've had the opportunity (maybe the wrong word :D) to meet quite a few counselors, but I have to say few had the heart that Cathy has.

I have been seeing Cathy for quite sometime. She is so amazing, she actually makes you work and think during her sessions. She makes you get to the core of your true pain and feelings. She has been a lifesaver in my life. I can't begin to say enough about her. Cathy truly cares.

My son and I saw Cathy at her previous location for several months and she helped us through some really difficult times. She was always professional, genuinely concerned with our well-being and provided us with the tools we needed to live a much happier, healthier life. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and feel very fortunate to have met her. It's very comforting to know that whatever bumps may lie in the road ahead she is there to help us get through.
