I must give Exie such a high rating. She is truly indispensable. To have her at your side during pregnancy and labor and delivery is really the only way to have it. She is calm, cool and collected. She works with you and the medical staff to keep you informed. The calmness under pressure is the key to having a beautiful memory to treasure. So much happens so quickly and does not go according to plan and she just helps you and your family handle it. My husband and I would use her again if we are expecting. And did I mention what a wonderful massage she gives?

I gave birth to my second child in January, 2009, and am overwhelmed with gratitude for the support I recieved from Exie. In the months leading up to the birth, I met with her for several prenatal massages. These massages really helped me manage my stress and provided relief of some of the pregnancy-related aches and pains I had been feeling. I also hired Exie to provide labor support in her capacity as a doula. My husband and I are both so glad that we did this and feel that having Exie's support really helped make the labor and delivery process a much more positive experience. Exie made herself available to us for support and advice in the days leading up to my due date, and helped me maintain a positive attitude when I ended up going almost two weeks past my due date. When the big day came, the physical and emotional support that she provided to both me and my husband kept us going through a long labor. I don't think I would have had the confidence to stick to my plan for a drug-free labor and delivery if I hadn't had Exie at my side.

Having gone through the birth experience twice, once with a doula and once without, I can't imagine doing it a third time without someone like Exie to provide support.

Highly recommended! I used Exie's services with both of my pregnancy. She really helped in relieving back pain due to my pregnancy. Also I used her doula service with my first child because I was very nervous and anxious since I did not know what to expect. She helped to calm me and showed me ways to get through my contractions. It was the best birthing experience. She is awesome and very knowledgable.
