Business description (provided by the business owner):

We teach Taekwondo martial arts. Our Lil' Dragons program is designed for 3 - 4yr olds. It's a mix of punching, kicking, and taekwondo-styled playtime. We have traditional, age-appropriate programs for 5yr olds up to adults. The best thing is that you don't have to be in shape to start!

We also do birthday parties and self-defense classes that are great for teenage girls, those going off to college, or those who want to feel better prepared if they should be attacked.

My husband wanted something he and our kids - daughter (age 7) and son (age 6)could do together. I started looking into family taekwondo. The first thing we were pleased with was that they were up front about their prices. We had contacted several other schools who would not talk about the cost until you came in a tried a class. The second thing we were happy about was the price was very reasonable. Being a home school mom with 4 kids, it was our goal to spend time together. At the same time our kids are learning discipline, respect and self control. I have recommended TKDFit to several families and we are proud to be a part of the TKDfit family.

Our son is going for his 1st degree Black Belt. TKD Fit staff has always encouraged and helped him reach his personal goals.
Our daughter had her 4th birthday party at TKD Fit. The kids came up to her at the party and said it was the best they had been too. Parents still come up to me and tell me how much fun their kids had.
TKD Fit helps build confidence ain kids.

I have all 3 of my children taking Taekwondo. We are thrilled with the program they offer. The patience and caring the instructors show to each student is amazing. They teach personal responsibility and expect students to show respect for others. Classes are well disciplined and not just a free for all. Prices are great too. We highly recommend TKD Fit!!!

We have known Mary McMahan and her husband Bryan for years. We are a family of black belts (well nearly all of us). Our kids began at age 7 and 5, and they are now 13 and 9. My husband and I began taking taekwondo in our 40s. We drive 25 miles to take taekwondo with the McMahan's because they are well worth the drive. Their teaching is both a good personal experience as well as a good one for the family as a group. Not every instructor can balance that, but they do.

I can't say enough good things about Ms. Mary and Mr. Brian.
They run a top notch TaeKwondo facility that is also modestly priced (something not easy to find)
The lessons are appropriately geared for the ages they are working with and its great for the whole family!!!

My 4 year old son attends TKD Fit and we love it! The teachers and owners are all wonderful and patient. The schedule is conducive for working parents and you may attend as many classes per week as you choose! The school even has workout equipment that parents can use while their child is in class. I would definitly recommend stopping in to see for yourself what a great place this is for your kids!

TKD Fit is a perfect "fit" for all types of families. Our family consists of a child with Autism, a person with a chronic illness, an avid cyclist, and a teenager. We all started at the beginning as white belts and have achieved black belt. The instructors have adapted our programs to our specific needs and challenged us when necessary. We are very grateful for all the knowledge and self-esteem we have gained while under their instruction.
