Business description (provided by the business owner):

This program gets to the core of learning difficulties, including poor literacy, concentration, co-ordination and social skills which are often associated with dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and Asperger's.

This program acts upon the brain's skill development center (the Cerebellum). This part of the brain plays a major role in the process of learning, by making tasks automatic.

This program is exercise based, scientifically proven and has helped thousands of children and adults! It is not a quick fix, but the results are dramatic, permanent and life changing!

Rubbish. Both UK and US operations related to the Dore technique or DDAT "research" fundamental focus is cash flow. There are much more cost effective ways to enhance motor development to improve cognitive functioning. Be very wary of this marketing scheme. Seek the advice of a few professionals before you put your child in the hands of this organization. It's not up to scratch. Seen it all. Don't let it burn a Dore-way into your purse. Yoga, Pilates, Martial Arts, tumbling, table tennis and many more structured activities can be as benefitial, less costley and actually more fun for the child when done consistently. Best of luck.

My child did this program for 20 months. Though still considered dyslexic she has read three 500 pg books this summer! (SHe is 9 and going into 4th grade. The books are for "young adults".) She made great progress early on in the program with her teacher being amazed!
If you are interested in treating the root cause of your child's learning issues rather than using a band-aid, I suggest you look into this program!

Sara M. is the director of the Cerebellum Center in Dallas, Tx. She is giving all of us a unique opportunity to develope, mend, grow and stretch our mental capabilities through several services. Her personal committment and drive to help those of us in need makes her center a powerful place where real lasting change is happening everday.
My oldest son is an example of those who have found positive change as a result of the programs offered. He is a 15 year old who has recently been diagnosed as mildly autistic with Aspergers on top of a previous diagnosis of severe ADD, inattentive type. HIs entire childhood has been a struggle both for him as well as all of those he has come in contact with. School after school, therapy after therapy, special this and special that all resulting in continued failures. Only when we embraced the physical retraining of his cerebellum through these specifically targeted exercises tailored to his personal struggles did we start to see REAL changes. Though we are still not finished with the program, he has make leaps forward in being able to control and embrace his world. After 9 months of training, he went from having standardized tests scores so low that he did not even receive a score, to having a perfect TAKS reading score.
His ability to be social has come to life as well as his sense of humor. We all see that he is finally experiencing the power and pleasure of using the ample intelligence that has been trapped inside of him.
ANYONE can benefit from this approach to retraining the brain, but this is crucial for all those with apparent gliches in brain's performance.
Call Sara. Find out more. Realize that this is not a quick fix but a year-long commitment to real lasting, life-long, life-giving change for those people in our lives who we know are struggling everday. Give them the chance to come to life and to be the person you know that they have the potential to be. A Mom
