Exercise with your baby! Stroller fitness class that utilizes resistance tubes//bands, steel weights, balance boards, kick boxing,steps, medicine balls and much more to get Moms back into shape. We are a Reston Community Center Program!

I have been a StrollerFit Reston mom for over 2.5 years and absolutely love it! It is a great way to get out with your children, have fun, meet other moms and get a GREAT workout at the same time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, never intimidating, and the moms in this class are considerate of new moms, new babies and all of their needs. One of the best things that's happened to me as a mom... My best friends are my StrollerFit friends (and my kids best friends are their SF friends!). My kids and I look forward to our M, W, F mornings at SF every week!!
