I've been attending Michelle's prenatal yoga classes for a few months now and I look forward to class each week! Michelle gives wonderful directions to get into poses and creates a calming atmosphere. In class we focus on breathing, strength training through poses and relaxation. I highly recommend treating yourself and your baby to her prenatal yoga classes!

I have been taking prenatal yoga for the past 10 weeks, and I really enjoy it! I had never done yoga before, and Michelle has been a great teacher! The class is educational, relaxing, and fun, and I look forward to it all week! When I get normal pregnancy aches and pains, I can use the techniques from class to relieve them. I am also planning to use what I've learned to help ease pain during labor. Michelle is always available for questions and provides great insight into pregnancy, labor, and preparing for motherhood! I would highly recommend her classes to any pregnant woman!

I am greatly enjoying my prenatal yoga class w/ Michelle. It helps me stretch and relax. She provides moves that are good for any stage during pregnancy. The friendly atmosphere during the course is enjoyable and it is great meeting other moms in the area.

Michelle's Pre-Natal Yoga classes are wonderful for the body, mind, and spirit. They offer the perfect combination of physical activity and relaxation that every Mommy-to-Be needs. I leave each class with more energy and a calmer peace of mind. I would also recommend the Couples Pre-Natal class. It was a blast and a great way to spend some quality time with your husband and your baby!

I definitely recommend yoga during pregnancy. Within all the benefits for your body and mind, it was very nice to share my pregnancy experience with Michelle and the group (other expectant moms) every week. It made me few calm, relax, and looking forward for my delivery day : )
