I love baby boot camp! Missy is a great person and is very friendly and motivating. It is so wonderful to be able to work out AND bring my son. I really love being able to talk to other moms too and connect where I otherwise would have no one. It has been a real blessing. I have lost weight and I am so much stronger and healthier. I can't live without it!

I have been attending Missy's baby boot camp for the past 4 months, and I love it. Missy is an amazing instructor and motivator. It is great to have my baby with me at class, and the other moms and children are wonderful. The biggest benefit is that I am seeing a difference in how I look and feel.
