I ordered 2 books from this company for Christmas presents at a local craft fair. When I got home I realized that one of the names was miss spelled. I phone them and the owner, Leslie read me back what I had written on my order form and it was my mistake, not theirs. You will never believe what she did. She not only re-made the book for me but she did not charge me for the new book or the shipping to have it sent to me overnight. I have never dealt with a more down to earth company before in my life.
If any of you are in the market for really nice personalized gifts, you need to check them out.

I ordered 3 books from L&B Gifts and was so impressed with how quick I received them. Ordering on their site was fast and easy.
