I am back doing lessons with Emma again...again I recommend this to all! My daughter is now almost 3 (this is her 3rd summer working with Emma) and swims like a fish! I have a son (new ISR student) who is 9 mo. old....he began ISR with Emma when 8 mo. old and he is floating beautifully! ISR is amazing...the peace of mind....PLEASE if you are considering swim lessons for your child, 6 mo. or older, pls consider ISR! It is the best, in my opinion. We are done with lessons, for now, and I know that my kids can save themselves if they fall in water....you can have that same peace!!
Emma is amazing with my daughter, and my son, I trust her completely and am grateful my son and daughter are learning skills to save her own life in the water. Choosing these lessons has been the best decision I have made for my kids. They both love the water and my girl swims!! my son floats and he is 9 mo. old, it is amazing! Emma's methods and her way with the kids makes all the difference....Thank you again Emma!!

I am amazed how well my 2 1/2 year old daughter has mastered the swim/float technique that Ms. Emma has patiently taught her. I would recommend her 100%. Thank you again!

Emma did a fantastic job teaching my 22 month old daughter to float! Like all mothers, the thought of my child falling into water terrified me. Now, I am still just as diligent in my supervision, but I have a reassuring confidence that if she fell in water, she could float until I could retrieve her. It only takes a minute for a child to drown. The ISR technique buys you that time to get to your child.
I have a dear friend that lost her two year old daughter by falling into a family member's pool during a holiday gathering. Even with so many people around, no one saw or heard her fall in. It happened that fast!
I highly recommend ISR for anyone with young children.

I am the mother of 2 girls who loved the water, but couldn't float! We swam almost every day this summer and worked with them, but they were afraid of sinking.
This summer we enrolled them both in ISR with Ms. Emma. Wow! What a difference. It is not about teaching them strokes, it's about teaching survival skills. They learned to float on their backs, roll over and swim, then float on their back again. They do this as many times as it takes to get to the wall/edge of lake/ whatever... Emory and Cameron are 3 and 5, and were able to hold their breath and do swimming motions under water before we began. It only took them 1 and 2 weeks to complete the program. Emma is firm and compassionate with the kids. Exactly what they need to learn these invaluable skills!
We have recently moved to Arkansas where we spend a lot of time at my parent's lake house. We always keep their lifejackets on near the water, but I sure feel better knowing if one of them somehow fell in, even with their clothes on, they would know what to do. I have recommended this program to my friends who had small babies as well as older children like mine who just couldn't float!!!

Emma taught my 7 month old daughter how to rotate to her back and float in the water. I am still absolutely amazed that in just 12 lessons Emma and my daughter were able to accomplish so much. I believe this is such a valuable skill for children to learn and highly recommend Emma and ISR to everyone. We will be back in the spring for more lessons!!

After 4 weeks my 2 year old son is now swimming and floating. Living in Florida I am comforted to know that in case of an accident my son will be able to survive in the water. He really enjoys being in the pool now and always wants to "swim to the wall". Emma was always patient and caring.

I would recommend this program to all mothers that have young children. This is a life saver. Ms Emma was my son's instructor and he was terrified at the beginning of the class but with much patients and understanding by Ms Emma, my son can now Float Swim Float which is critical in a life treatening situation. He is more confident with his swimming. I fully recommend this course with this instructor to all parents. Don't wait until it's to late, Thinking that drowning only happens to other children. I personally have friend's that thought that also. Their child drowned because they kept putting it off. Please get your children into these classes.

We love Infant Swimming Resource and Emma! A friend of mine signed her daughter up for lessons with Emma and I decided to wait. My 2 year old wasnt interested in swimming so I thought, "Why should I give him lessons if he's not interested" A month later he fell into our pool! He was trying to fill up a water toy, like his big brothers. I was right there and immediatley jumped in but it was a horrible experience, just to see his little face desperately looking up at me! The next day I called Emma! It is amazing to see your little one swim! Emma is so patient and understands my child. My husband was able to witness a lesson and he was amazed. I looked back at him and he had tears in his eyes. There is something about watching a child so young, learn to save himself and at the same time be so proud! We are not finished with Emma but I already know my results will be positive.

As the mother of a fearless son, I knew that swim lessons were in our future. After meeting Emma and her family while sharing free chicken sandwiches I immediately followed up to get Aedan enrolled. He began his swim lessons at the end of April and by the middle of June he was swimming like a fish. Now one of his favorite activities is to show off his amazing swim-float-swim technique at our local pool.
I knew that what Emma taught him he really understood after he fell into the pool while reaching for his toy just a couple of weeks after finishing his lessons. He popped right up and flipped over onto his back.
Great job Emma- I highly recommend her to anyone who lives in the Tampa area and wants to ensure thier child's safety near the water!

My three-year-old daughter became a proficient swimmer in just three weeks this summer, thanks to Emma. She built great rapport with my daughter and helped her quickly feel comfortable with her own abilities to save herself in the water (by the end of the second lesson she was excited to swim). It was remarkable to watch her and many other younger children transform in the water from insecure, flailing, frightened children to confident, comfortable swimmers.

A great swim instructor. I would highly recommend for any young child learning about water safety. This is a great way to start swim lessons with a young toddler. My son started last summer (2 1/2 years old) with Emma and quickly learned to survive in the water and gain confidence to swim with his head under water to the wall. This summer we took refresher lessons at the beginning of the summer (3 1/2 years old) and is swimming all over the pool like a fish! I strongly recommed Emma for her patience and ability to teach young children the fundamentals of water safety.

Emma is an amazing instructor and ISR employs an incredible technique, teaching children to save themselves if and when the need arises. I am confident that my very strong-willed 17 month old daughter Cate would know exactly what to do if she ever falls into a pool, or any body of water for that matter. Thank you Emma for teaching Cate this life-saving skill!!

My 2 1/2 year old daughter took ISR swim lessons over the summer with Emma. Not only is ISR the best swim program out there, Emma is the best swim instructor in this area. We were off to a rocky start with my daughter who formed some bad technique at first but Emma was patient and worked with her and she is an excellent swimmer now. She still wants to stop and see Emma every time we drive by Grand Hampton.

I enrolled two of my dtrs in Emma's swim lessons this summer. The first is 3 yrs old and needed a refresher class since she had not swam since last summer and was no longer wanting to put her head under water. After two short weeks, not only was she swimming perfectly above and under the water but she had the survival float down pat dressed in full winter clothing and shoes! I have also received many comments from friends viewing her stating she is a FISH.
My second dtr, age 14 months, completed her float survival instruction in 4 weeks. What I like best about swim lessons for this age group is the fact that the ISR instruction is only 10 minutes a day. My dtr never developed any fearful behavior throughout her lessons and it was absolutely amazing how well she followed directions each day despite the fact she's not even talking yet. I highly recommend this swim instruction to all moms looking for infant swim safety and if you live locally, Emma is the instructor to hire.

Not only is my 2 year old daughter capable of surviving an accidental fall into the water, she now loves to swim. Emma has instilled a confidence and joy in the water that she didn't have before her lessons. Her happy squeals, big smile, and reluctance to leave the pool is proof that this is a great program, and Emma was a great teacher.

With the alarming drowing statistics in Florida, I could not wait any longer to find a survival class for my child. Emma Grynbal is an incredible teacher. I could not believe my eyes when my strong willed 3 year old child was swimming within seconds of her first class. Before this class she would only stand on the steps of a pool and would refuse to go under water. Now my daughter is almost finished with her class after three and a half weeks. Emma taught her the swim float swim technique. When you watch this technique it makes so much since. I feel so relieved that my daughter might have a chance if she falls in the water. My daughter has fallen in the water and it is so scarey because no one can hear your child when they are struggling under water.

This program is by far the best I have seen or heard of. My 2-year old can swim and float, and I know he would be able to survive for several minutes if need be (God forbid). He loves Emma and even asks to see her throughout the day when we're not at lessons. I would recommend ISR, and Emma, to anyone!

This is a great program - my son who is now older learned to swim and is now on a swim team. This program and groud is a must for any one with children in Florida.

The fact that they teach survival swimming is such a great thing.

When my son took these lessons he was just 1 yr old and with in 6 weeks he could find his way to side, float ect.

A great program!!!
