So What Happened?

We stayed there, but I will not go back. Once we were able to get settled it wasn't bad cept for the highway but that didn't bother my exhausted family. The mananger wasn't the nicest guy there and the foreign exchange students are hard at understanding what you say. I'd also rather be closer to the dells. The kiddie pool was nice, but never made it to bigger pool, it was packed. At first we got a site rite next to 4 dogs and our electric cord didn't reach box so we moved and after we were told that site was open, and we unpacked another person told us it was taken so we had to repack and move. We got there at 4pm and didn't get unpacked in new site until after 5:30pm.

I can't say about that one.

But every time we go to the Wisconsin Dells we stay at the Kalahari. It is the BEST! It's the largest indoor waterpark in the US. And they have an outdoor waterpark too! And they've added since we've been there last, a huge indoor theme park!

We have stayed at the Shula Vista once too. It was terrible! The waterpark was quite small. The water in the "kids pool area" was FREEZING. Our daughter turned blue after only a little while. I was shaking so bad because I was so cold too!

We've been to a few different water parks around here and none of them hold a candle to the KALAHARI! Check out their website. You can buy day passes but for what they cost, you're better off spending the night so they are included with your hotel stay.

I was just there about 3 weeks ago. The only thing I don't like is that there are no sidewalks. And the water park doesn't open untill about 11am and closes pretty early. But otherwise my family had a great time.

We've stayed there the past 2 years we were up there! There is plenty to do for all ages. The kiddie pool closes at 8 and the adult pool closes at 10. there are activities for the kids to do. They have a different theme every week aith different events to do. Hayrides and having Yogi wake you up with breakfast too if you wish. I woul rate the place a 4 out of 5. Have fun!!!

We stayed there a few years back...make sure not to get a site by the highway. All night, the semi traffic kept us awake! I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Yes, I have stayed there numerous times. I think it's a great place for a family to stay lots of activies going on all the time and a nice band every weekend. I would recommend.
