I take Iyengar yoga at Sol Yoga in St. paul on Grand avenue. Susan offers a class on Sat. at 9:00-10:30 and Thursday at 6 or maybe 5:30. She is ver responsive to what the students need or if there is an injury, etc. It very resonable. 8 class pass is $100. or so.. I feel completely refreshed and strong after and ready to go back to my 1.5 and almost 4 yo.

I've taken several classes at the St. Paul Yoga Center on Selby & Dunlap. The classes that I've taken have been in the evening from 7:30-9pm. They alsa have prenatal yoga which was nice while I was pregnant.

HI J.,
I absolutely love the Saint Paul Yoga Center. It is on Selby- one block off of Lexington. It is wonderful. They have all of the supplies that you need and the levels are varying. There are several instructors there as well as the times vary throughout the week to meet different schedule needs. I have been taking yoga there for over 2 years. Part of the time in beginning classes and part of the time in prenatal yoga. I actually did yoga up until the day I was due. It was wonderful!
Good luck and enjoy!

I've always had good luck with St Paul Community Ed yoga teacher Kitty Kulevar. Her classes usually meet at Ramsey Jr. She is very attentive, even in classes of 20. Classes are very affordable - around $70 for 8-9 classes.

I have heard great things about West Side Yoga. I have not been there (or any other place) but I know a few women that have and they talk very highly of the instructor and the program.
