Why don't you try Tai Chi?
Dvd's
Hi, it's that time of year again and my husband is thinking about doing another yoga class. Problem is last time we did one it was extremely crowded and we had no room to even move. We are not people who do yoga often but are in need of some stretching. If any of you have ideas of good dvd's for men and women please let me know. We are looking for serious stretching and not beginner level. I have the P90X series which includes a yoga dvd but it is 90 mins and extremely boring.
Thanks for your help

I bought my husband one a few years ago that I actually really enjoy. It's a really slow progression of yoga moves that lasts roughly 40 minutes. It's called "yoga burn" with Rodney yee . Out of my 10 yoga videos and the 25 I've actually done this past year this ones my favorite.
It's not yoga but I really like Mari Windsors, (I think that's her name,) 20 minute Pilates. It's a good workout and it's quick!!
Hope that helps!
I really like the Bob Harper- Yoga for the Warrior DVD. It's a 1 hour that I would say is intermediate level. I feel like I get a really good stretch with it. Sometimes I do the first 30 minutes of it because of time and that works out pretty good for me too.
Also, I like the Rodney Yee AM yoga. There are 5 different 20 minute segments to pick from that focus on different areas.
I get bored with yoga sometimes to, I like the jillian micheals yoga blast dvd. Its about 25 min.
