I know that some of the medical services around here do transcription from home. I work for South Texas Radiology Imaging Centers(STRIC) and they are part of methodist. I know that they do it. You may want to check

Check on Registration is free - you do not have to pay anything. It is a work at home forum.

There are hundreds of legitimate job leads. Look under the "Telecommuting Moms" link under the Message Board. There is everything from data entry to transcription to customer service, even candle making...

This is the best resource on the Web that I have found. Almost everything else wants money for job lists, which you should never do to find a job.

I currently work for three transcription companies that I found through WAHM and will soon be working from home exclusively. Hope this helps!
