Treat him as you'd like to be treated. Flowers, love letters, candy. But add candles, lingerie, and steak. ;-)

Look him in the eyes and tell him how much you appreciate him. Be specific. Tell him he's a wonderful provider. That you love how well he takes care of his family. Tell him you are proud of him; proud to stand next to him and walk with him in this life.

Above all, men want to be accepted and appreciated. Tell him...men don't read minds.

Meat, potatoes, beer, chocolate dessert and a bj. Not necessarily in that order. =)

The first year we went out I bought him a remote for our garage door opener. He had moved in the month before and I wanted to say this is your house too.

Last year he got a back rub because he was miserable.

This year he got Brewing With Wheat because he doesn't have it and wants to brew with wheat. :)

He just texted me a dozen roses so I am a very happy girl! :)

Hot sex.

I had a friend once who booked a hotel room directly across from her hubby's office window.

Binoculars were delivered to him with directions of where to look. When he looked, there she was in the window all dressed in her new lingerie.

He had a LONG lunch.

BTW.. It was cool.. both offices were above 4th floor

Steaks! Hehe actually my fiance and I already exchanged gifts last night (we couldnt wait). We gave each other a $5 limit to spend so we went to Micheal's this weekend. I ended up getting him a pot, painting the outside, putting a cool quote on the outside and planting a tulip bulb in it. He really liked it and is going to put it on his desk at work. He bought me a scrap book (on sale for $6) and put some stuff in the front page. He didn't really get the crafty part of it but I REALLY like it because I've kept all of our tickets (plane, concert, train, sporting events) and pamphlets from places we've been to so I finally have a pace to put it all!

We have tight finances this year but I did get one of my husband's favorite treats: those chocolate hazelnut thingies from Ferrero Rocher. I'm allergic and can't eat them so he gets to keep them all for himself. He was so happy to get them this morning before he left for work. It was a nice pick-me-up because he had an interview this morning too. :-)

I'm making my hubby a cassarole that I cannot stand, but he loves (Reuben cassarole).

We exchanged cards but had previously agreed not to buy anything since we are taking a trip to Vegas in 2 weeks.

Good food (takeout or a good steak dinner you make).

A beer if he drinks.

Tell him to prop his feet up & relax (for some reason men have no
problem doing this.......hmmmm).

And a "roll in the hay" afterwards.

I bought my husband a card and let him choose what I made for dinner. I told him I would make WHATEVER he wanted. I ended up making bacon wrapped shrimp and homemade seasoned potato wedges. Then, we watched a movie. It was a great night and he was happy.

I'm making him a Steak dinner with all the sides and works. He will love that in itself. With a cake or ice cream for dessert. Then I went to the store and bought him a new wallet and a nice card to write in to tell him how much I adore him!

In a little while our 2 yr old son and I are going to color some pictures for him for funsies, and maybe bake some cookies too.

He's not expecting anything but he will love it all the same.

Just do or give him what you know he will love or appreciate.
