Depends on the cause. If it's genetic, there's not much you can do.

Proper nutrition can help. Research bone broth.

Whether baldness can be reversed depends on the cause. If it's nutritional deficiency or an infection, then it can be reversed. If it's genetic, it can't.
I've never heard of rubbing fruit into your scalp as a way of growing hair.

I think your first route should be to see a Dr. and find the cause. Once you know the root of the issue, you have a better chance of healing properly.

If you're male or female, and you have male pattern baldness (androgenic alopecia), there are treatments but I'm not sure avocado oil is going to be your best option.
It depends on what sort of alopecia you have and there are lots of different types.

My dad was a twin, even though he didn't have tons of hair he had more than his twin sister their whole lives.

I think if this is something that is new to you then you need to see a doc. Two of my friends have had sudden baldness and one is never going to grow her hair back. The other one went on Rogain shampoo and nerve meds and she has grown her hair back. These ladies are related too, the one who won't ever grow her hair back is the Niece of the lady who's hair did grow back.

Many women that have thin or thinning hair on top can do the hair transplant and basically design where they want more hair.

The doc is the only one who can say if this will work or not though.

A doc who does hair transplants will examine the back section of the person's head. The area between the backs of the ears and next to the back of the neck is often the thickest and most sturdy hair follicle on the body. If you think about it even men who are nearly completely bald that little section almost always is the last to go if at all.

This is the area the doc will take strips and then use tiny tiny tiny sections of those strips to plant in the bald areas if they will sustain hair growth at all. If this is something biological that is causing the hair loss then it might not be

This is sort of how it works.

The doc gives the person some anesthesia and then takes a tool that removes long this strips of skin, containing tons of hair follicles. The doc uses a tool to make tiny little holes in the area where the transplanted hair is going to go. Then "plants" those little plugs into those holes. They put a cap on the person. The cap has to stay on to help the plugs stay in place until the heal and are permanent.

If the area they put the holes is able to sustain the hair growing then it works just as it did in the back, it grows and you are able to have a full head of hair again.

I still say check with a doc to see what is going on and what your options are.

Are you male or female?

No, avocado oil will not work. If you are male, it is normal, and can be remedied with a hair transplant or Rogaine, to an extent. Hair transplants are very good these days, but expensive.

If you are female, you could have alopecia, or a thyroid problem. You need to see a doctor who can diagnose you.

Are you a woman? Baldness/going bald can be because your hormones are out of balance. Adrenal fatigue as well as thyroid issues can also make you experience losing hair. Or you might be deficient in some key vitamin, mineral, amino acid, or enzyme. I would recommend seeing a naturopath or a nutritionist (NOT a dietician) to find out what might be causing this.
