I'm asking for a bike trailer for my upcoming birthday. I'd like to get one for two little ones, and was wondering which ones are best? Please let me know which one you have, and what you like about it.

Thanks in advance!
T.

We had a Burley Solo and loved it. Make sure you check out Play It Again Sports -last time we were in they had a bunch.

We got the Schwinn Joyrider a couple months ago and its awesome. I looked at the Burley's, but honestly I think this one is better. It fits two kids very comfortably with five point harnesses. You can also sit one kid in the middle by themselves. It goes easily from trailer to stroller and pushes so smooth, I sometimes take it now instead of my stroller. It has a nice storage compartment in the back for bags behind the kids. It has the mesh screen and weather cover. The seats are reclinable and it easily removes the seat covers for washing. Also, the thing I love most is that when the cover is up, my daughter has a great unblocked view of everything. We bought ours from an ebay store called VM Innovations for around $300 including tax and shipping. Here is a link to check it out: http://cgi.ebay.com/2009-Schwinn-PR150-Joyrider-Baby-Bicy... I looked everywhere before deciding on this one and we are really happy with it. Good Luck!

I got a used Burley from craigslist. I'm only pulling 1 kid. I like how it's easy to connect and disconnect. I don't have lots of room in my garage, so I can take it apart and store it separately after each ride.

We used the Wike brand trailer that also converts to a stroller when you arrive at your destination. That was the reason we chose that one and it works great- going on 5 years now. It carried our kids both until they were probably 4 and 6; now the 7 year old rides solo on long trips (like from Oak Park to Chicago). He weighs close to 50#. There is more space than a Burley, I believe.

I think they have a website. Let me know if you can't find it.

I bought an InStep from Amazon.com. It wasn't that expensive and truthfully, it's some of the best money I have ever spent as my daughter LOVES riding in it and we have lots of good memories of bike rides because of it.
