What Is the Standard Rate of House Cleaning in Dallas

I had bought a couple for a green cleaning service a few months ago and went to schedule them. But they are now asking a surcharge for just about everything from a slightly larger house to being in their out of service area ( which is not even mentioned in the coupon). Its coming to be about 100$ coupon amount + about 75$ surcharge amount. The coupon includes 1 time deep cleaning and 1 regular cleaning. I am not sure if the surcharge is applied a second time for the regular cleaning or not.

I thought I was getting a great deal with this coupon, but doesn't look like that anymore. I am wondering if this is even somewhat less than the standard cleaning costs of the 1st time deep cleaning and a 1 regular cleaning service. I have a little over 2500 sq feet house. How much is normally paid for house cleaning service?
Thanks!

My house cleaning costs $80 for a 6000 sqaure foot house every 2 weeks, no laundry, no ironing and my cleaning supplies are used. This woman has been working here for 8 years.

Sounds like a huge rip-off! My cleaning lady charges (including her 1st time out) $100 for 8,000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 5+2 half baths, etc. She doesn't do laundry at my request but cleans out fridge, vents, light fixtures, windows, etc. I provide cleaning supplies.

It depends on what they mean by deep clean. My house is about 2500 sq feet and I pay $80. I only have it done about 4 times a year, so it is more than just a weekly type clean, but she doesn't do laundry, windows or anything extra. If you are saying that it is going to cost $175 for a one-time deep cleaning, then I would say that is not a deal. It might be worth it if they are going to move furniture, clean baseboards, windows, appliances, ceiling fans, etc. But it is no special deal. If the $175 is for two separate cleanings, then I would say it is still no big savings. Just about what is normal.

I have 2200 ft and my ladies charge $70 for every 2 weeks, regular cleaning, not a deep cleaning. I am in Plano. They are not a green cleaning service. I do give them vinegar for mopping the floors.
