Love the games that Stacy suggested. I also love the game were everyone gets a diaper pin. Then you have to try and not say baby. Everytime you hear someone say baby you get their pin. The person with the most pins wins. Some other games I don't see that often is the nursey rhyme scramble and what are baby names of animals, like a horse has a foal, snake has snaklets. The Price is Right is fun too if it is a smaller shower. You hold up certain baby products, oneies, socks, bottles, the one closest without going over wins. Also, my friend made a scrapbook just for my shower. She had a page that had the shower invitations, the napkins, the guest list and copies to write down the gifter and the present. She made copies of a page that had the persons name, how much the thought the baby would weight and the length of the baby then a say to write parenting advice or words of widsom. Then there were lots of extra pages to put photos and a place to write my thoughts. I really loves it, especially since most of the work was already done.

There are a ton of shower games you can play.

#1 How big is momma's belly??-----

everyone cuts a piece of yarn/string on how big around momma's belly & at the end everyone takes there string & measures momma- closest one wins.

#2 Don't break the ice- (this one is simple at the begining of the party everyone gets a plastic baby frozen in ice to put in their cold drink (not hot drinks as coffee, that's wouldn't be fair) as the party continues & the ices starts to melt, the guest will shout " My water broke" when the baby seperates from the ice. ( winner(s) get a prize) You can find small plastic babies cheap at a craft/ party store.

#3Baby bingo ( every guest will get a page of blank spaces on it. (before gifts are opened) they will have to completely fill out their card on what the ythink momma will recieve. Then you play like bingo, across, down, ect.. 1st one to bingo wins. ( you can have multiple winners if you wish)

#4.What food is that??
Get about 10-15 jars of baby food, take off labels ( make sure you # the jars on the top of the lids & know what food it is before taking off labels) Guests pass around the jars & have to guess what baby food it is without opening/smelling the jars. (one who has most correct wins)

#5 Dirty diaper-
take about 5-10 diapers ( melt various different chocolate, i.e snickers bar, mily way, twix, hersheys, ect... (put each different melted candy into diaper & guests have to guess what candy it is. (Do this game after eating, as it sounds more gross than it really is...
I played this game at a friends shower & it was quite fun & I won!!

Those are just a few ideas off the top of my head.. check out these site for more ideas.

A fun game:
Put different baby things in socks...bottle nipple, pacifier, spoon, pacifier saver (ribbon with clip), ect...just go to a dollar store and find 10-15 small things that would fit in the toe of a sock. Then everyone gets a sheet of paper and you pass the sock around. Each person puts their foot in the sock and has to guess what they feel with their toes.
If you are weirded out by germs, just take along some hand sanitizer and have everyone "wash" their foot before doing this :)

STORK Bingo is my favorite. You make up Bingo cards, but instead of bingo you write S-T-O-R-K and in each square you write something the mother-to-be may receive and after she opens it the guests "X" out the gift on their Bingo card and when they get five in a row, they win. This was a huge hit at both my sister's and my baby shower.

Also, you can put jelly beans in a baby bottle and when the guests arrive they have to guess how many jelly beans are in the bottle. The one who guesses (or gets close to the number) win.

Have fun!

Hi M.!
I have a fun game.
Make a list of questions to ask her husband. Like...What is a onesie? How many ounces does a baby eat in one day? How many diapers do you change in one day? How long does an infant sleep at night? When does a baby start solid foods? What are you looking forward to the most? etc.....
Then at the shower you have to ask the Mom to Be the same questions while opening presents. Give her two choices of answers. One choice the husbands answer and one answer you made up. If she guesses what the husband said, then the person's gift she is opening gets a prize.
It's fun and funny. But, you have to ask the husband the questions and he can't tell her what you asked (obviously! :)
Hope you like the game! :)

Stacy had some good ones! The other one I wanted to suggest, if mom-to-be knows what she's naming the baby, you play a game with it.
Everyone gets a sheet of paper, writes the baby's name across the top off it (full name, ie: Jane Susie Doe) and everyone has 5 minutes to see how many words you can come up with out of the letters of the baby;s name. When time is up go around the room and each person will read off the words on their list; if anyone else has the same words everyone, including that person, has to mark that word off their list. Whoever has the most unique words, spelled correctly of course, gets the prize.

We also did the belly size, cutting a string to see who was closest, and one of my friends had a diaper pin game, fill the jar with diaper pins and everyone guessed how many were in the jar. Most people were way off! Have fun with it!

DISGUSTING.....but FUN and one of the most memorable games I've EVER played at a baby shower. Take different kinds of chocolate covered candy bars and put them into infant diapers. Put the diapers into the microwave for a few seconds....just enough to make them gooey and mash them a little in the diaper. Do this with half a dozen diapers and candy bars or more. Number each diaper.

Pass the diapers around. People have to pick WHAT the candy bar is by looking into the diaper and SMELLING it! Each person should have a piece of paper with the diaper numbers on it.

The one who guesses the most correctly....wins.
