I am a bit of a hopeless romantic LOL...Put a note on the front door that says "I love you, follow me to the bathroom..." when he opens the door have rose petals leading to the bathroom with roses hanging from the shower or placed all over the bathroom with a note on the mirror saying "I shall shower you with roses... Meet me in the bedroom" then have chocolate kisses leading to the bedroom with extra ones on the floor of the bedroom with a note pinned to your pjs saying "...and kiss the ground you walk on for as long as you love me." Have candles lit around the room and have a romantic nite in bed. Hows that?

men r funny. they never want the same things. but i will tell you they all will respond to something. you may or may not know what is in your hubbies hart. for me (i'm a husband registered at momasource) finances are allways apart of my thinking as we have verry little money. when my wife buys a present i'm holding in my hand $$ no longer available to care for my families needs. She knows this so this year I recieved a sweet gift consisting of the kids's left over valentine tear apart cards, some kisses left over from christmas, and an old basket. It was perfect for me because it was her helping me to take care of my family. There is nothing that she could have bought that would have meant more.

After our son was born and it was official his 1st Valentine's day as a dad I bought him an engraved pocket watch from the both of us. It is a timeless present for him to keep forever. Good luck on both.

Hi, I would let him have a day to do some activities that he won't be able to do much once the baby comes. If he's a golfer reserve a tee time and lunch for him. Or get a few of his friends together and surprise him with lunch or dinner with them. Maybe just let him hang out with no work or errands planned. You can make him a homemade coupon book with different ideas like cook his favorite meal or take him out to his favorite restaurant. A massage (either from you or a therapist). Maybe a whole day with Sopranos dvds.....You get the idea. The day should be about him and what makes him happy since he's been such a champ for this pregnancy.

You can make a book with little certificates for things he might like. A hug, kiss, massage, breakfast in bed, romantic dinner, day off from housework, day off from nagging or arguing, daddy day, nice bubble bath, time alone, a night out, or anything else he might like.

Something that might be romantic and fun for the two of you is the Romance Rivership cruise. I believe it is out of Sanford.

Although my plans got canceled, the weather is perfect right now!

Just a thought of a romantic night away from the world for just the two of you. :O)

http://www.rivershipromance.com is the link. You can do dinners or have a sunday brunch. I think it's only $35 / person, but I could be wrong.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! I know it will be great no matter what you get him.

I made a large poster for the wall with the month of February and decorated it with a bunch of valentine stickers. On each day the count down before Valentine's there were valentine cards with notes in them. I wrote one thing a day that I was thankful for him in doing and where he would find his little present. He got a little something everyday before Valentine's and the big prize on the big day. He loved it and after hestic days of work he looked forward to the cards and what was going to find next. I did little things like chocolates in the drawer of guest bath, a lover's coupon book under the bed and things of this sort. For the big day I got him a really nice watch that was engraved.

Hey A., why not look for some cute footie pajamas that say something like I Love Daddy or something? You can say its from Kinsey. Even if the size is off and your little one cant wear it right away, you can always hang it on the wall in the nursery. (A little story) Last year for father days I was pregnant, but I still wanted to get my husband something, I went to Kohls, they had the cutest things, and I got something similar; brought my husband to tears. I went to Target today, found a cute onesie that said My Daddy Loves Me and matching pants, thats what our little girl will be wearing with pigtails (head full of hair at 7m!) on V-Day. Congrats and good luck, girl!! P.S. Get yourself some pretty jammies and say thats your present to him-Yes you are still sexy, girl!
