Does anyone know of any doctor (does not have to be a pediatrician) in the Chattanooga area who is willing to work with me about following a delayed vaccine schedule and not giving some? I'm hoping to find someone who is willing to talk with me and answer questions and be respectful of my wishes. Thank you!

What can I do next?

I'm not sure you will find anyone that irresponsible in this day and age, certainly not a professional who cares about children.

You would have to call the Dr's offices in that area. Look at your insurance if you have it and see who it covers then make phone calls to the ones on the list.
Add: You might look for a natural path dr. They might be more apt to be willing to work with you on that.

Such harsh answers. It's good to work with a doctor who will answer questions and respect you. I'm glad you're willing to work with a doctor to learn.

You will get names better if you send your question only to Chattanooga area.

My daughter spaced her kids vaccinations. But they eventually had them all.

With whooping cough and measles making big come backs - and it's just a matter of time before we start seeing birth defects in children from women getting these diseases while pregnant - any doctor who would work with you on skipping vaccines should lose his license to practice medicine.
It's past time to stop the nonsense.
Get your kid(s) vaccinated.

We can’t send kids to school with peanut butter but have to endure our children being around unvaccinated disease carrying kids.

You expect people to “respect” your wishes.
Respect mine for not wanting other children to be harmed and even die due to preventable epidemics.

Why don’t you just expose your kid to the diseases so your child catches it now? See what happens.

I think you should look for a good doctor first, pediatrician or family practice, and then ask for an appointment to meet the doctor and discuss your concerns and questions. Please understand that when you put the question on a site like this, you will get a lot of angry feedback because for most people vaccines are safe and effective. When people do not vaccinate their children, everyone is put at risk, and we are living in a time when dangerous childhood illnesses that had become rare, like measles, are making a comeback. This isn't only about your wishes, because your choices impact all of us.

On the other hand, if you have a legitimate concern about vaccines due to your child having a significant health issue, you should have no trouble finding a doctor willing to work with you. All doctors understand that a child who has a compromised immune system might need adjustments to a vaccine schedule.
