I have no answers for you, but just letting you know I have had this going on for three months now. So I know how you feel. It is very annoying.

YES YES YES. It is so annoying. It could be from stress or lack of sleep. I had on in my thigh as well for a couple of days as well. I think it's just more annoying than anything, but you can leave a message with your doctor's nurse. I'd be curious to hear what they would have to say.

It's commonly due to being over-caffeinated, sleep deprived and stress.

If you drink coffee, switch to tea.

Apply a warm compress or rag to your face and take a nap.

Try to relax. Take a bath.

Get fresh air and exercise. Take a multi-vitamin.

i had that problem once and it lasted for upwards of 10 months. I work at a computer so I figured it was related to staring at my screen all day. I went to the doctor and she said there isn't really anything she could do that it would go away on its own. That was at the 6mo mark. So sure enough 4 months later it finally went away. I drink coffee everyday still so Im not sure that was the cause for me. But if it works for you then great do it! Excercise, and vitamins and sleep are a must for every person every day! Pray you find relief soon!

This happens to me when I drink caffeine. Even small amounts. Do you drink caffeine daily? Today I stopped caffeine because my eyes have been twitching like crazy and it's the first time in weeks my eyes haven't twitched. The only other time it does it is when I vacuum the carpets and the cat dander. I think I've developed cat allergies in my older years . Do you have pets? Best of luck!

A good B-Complex vitamin should do the trick to eliminate that twitchy eyelid. B-Complex helps lessen the effects of stress and anxiety. In addition to avoiding caffeine, avoid white flour and processed foods which are anti-nutrients meaning they steal nutrients from our body to aid in digestion.

Yep, I have been annoyed by it lately as well. I agree with Rebecca that it could very easily be stress or lack of sleep related. A friend was recently told by her dr. that dry eyes could be a cause as well. I will be watching your post for comments since it is annoying as well as odd looking, I mean who wants to be looking like your winking at that old man in the oatmeal aisle?

The eye twitch thing is so annoying. It has been happening to me for years now. It comes and goes sometimes lasting a day or tow and sometimes a week or two. I notice it more when I am stressed or tired.
