As I'm sure all of you do, I think my son would be great in front of a camera! Have any of you tried baby modeling? I would appreciate any tips you may have. What companies are good? How do we do this?

I'd love to hear what you find out! as of this week, ive started looking into this with my 17 month old daughter. i was told the Campbell agency is a good one.
I work for an ad agency in Dallas and we sometimes shoot children. The Campbell Agency and Kim Dawson are nice agencies, I would pick Campbell over Kim Dawson though when it comes to children. There are some other smaller talent agencies that I can give you a list of. Just be prepared to drop everything and move it to casting calls, etc. when the call comes. I saw that you are stay-at-home, so that helps. And just remember that you might be one of three called in for a shoot (they always call backups for kids) and your son may never make it on camera. Hourly rates for kids range around $50 and the print bonus' vary...and you only get the bonus if your child is used. But it is always an excellent way to get your child used to people and other children.
My son's been modeling with Kim Dawson since he was 8 months old. I just e-mailed a picture of him to a lady and went in for a meeting. It's easy (well, except for the drive down to Dallas for shoots) and fun and good money. He's been in JCPenney, Dillards and others. It's definitely easier if you're a SAHM, because they call you the day before and say that "your baby has a job, can you make it? "Good luck!

My husband and I have been talking about getting our 17mo old into modeling(all $ will go to savings for college,) and really didn't know where to start..We've heard of Kim Dawson Agency and that's about it..I just wanted to thank you for posting a Baby Modeling Agency request..Now we have numbers and people we can talk to...
