I have Sprint and am finally able to upgrade my phone after 2 years. I am looking at either the HTC EVO 4g or if I wait a couple days I can get the IPhone 4. ANy preferences on android vs apple? one thing i like about the EVO is the sprint tv which i have used a lot on my current phone and will not be offered on the IPhone, great for keeping the kids happy when we have to sit stil and wait somewhere.
A long time customer of Sprint, I thought about going to the iPhone now that Sprint carries it. My husband refused it, so we ended up with the EVO 3D. We absolutely love them! And there are even more apps for the Android than Apple. Once an Apple user, you'll be tied into their products. Just my 2 cents.
When it was time to upgrade my phone, I was very interested in the HTC phones, but alas I was on AT&T and went with the Iphone 4.
BEST decision I ever had to make - lol.
Seriously, I love it. The ease of use, the itunes connection, the games the videos, ability to skype using the camera, face time with my sis and in laws, etc.
However, if you know there are things you really like about HTC, you might want to stick with it.
I was told by the guy at Best Buy that iPhones won't get viruses... But he hears about most of the other smart phones getting them. Not sure if it is true but I love my phone!
I love, love, love my iPhone. But I think it's a personal choice. If you like the Sprint EVO due to the TV and will get a lot of use on it, then great. I like the apps on iPhone but app are for all smartphones now.
I am getting the iphone 4 in just a few days too (cheaper right then ;) anyway the reason I want the iphone is I used to get too many viruses on my old computer and now I have a Mac and haven't had a problem since so I will stick with the apple laptop and iphone for now on. If it were for the viruses, I'd love to have the droid though.
