Wondering if there is something wrong. I would be about 12 days from ovulation now. Still no positive pregnancy test, but feeling pregnant in general. My period start day is still 3 days away. Starting today I feel very tired, light cramping, dizziness, back pain, shaky... What is up with me? Normally periods are very gentle and short for me. Is it possible I was pregnant and then lost it?

What can I do next?

It could be a chemical pregnancy. We usually have no idea if we have them and they are very common. It could also be stress from TTC. it seemed like when I was TTC everything was worse. It was pry all in my head because I was looking for any symptom every single month to prove I was pregnant. I got pregnant in dec lost that baby at 7 weeks. I got pregnant right away again in March and just had a baby. The first real symptoms I felt both times was cramping and gas. My god did I have gas. On the TTC board it was pretty much the same for everyone. If you got pregnant you got cramps and felt alot like you did when you were going to get AF but the worse thing was that gas! LOL! good luck and I'd test again when your period is one day late assuming you don't get AF. Good luck and baby dust.

Oh and I should add that even with test from Dollar Tree I would get a positive at 10 DPO. So a early result is very likely with todays tests.

I've had two miscarriages already and never knew I miscarried until I actually bled a few months into the pregnancy. I don't think you should worry about anything, either you are not pregnant or you are. It sounds as if you are pregnant. Good luck!! I don't think you've miscarried, but I'm not a doctor.

I think it's probably a bit too early to tell - even the most sensitive pregnancy tests aren't very accurate before you've missed your period. Tough as it is, I would wait a few days and test again. Good luck!

I actually feel like that every month. In fact I also feel very sick to my stomach as well. It ahppens to me a few days before I get my period. I have wondered if I could be pregnant a bunch of times. I'm still not sure what causes it, but I have learned to wait and see if my period comes or not.

When I was pregnant it didn't show up on a pregnancy test until I actually missed my period I was however extremely tired. Wait until the day you are supposed to get your period and when you wake up in the morning take the test.

If the pregnancy test is negative yet, the symptoms you are feeling are more than likely in your head...... NO offense. I've done it to myself too when we're trying to conceive. And if you were miscarrying, you would still get a positive pregnancy test because your hormones would be high.

I suggest you wait at least another 3 days and then try taking another test. They are more accurate once you've actually MISSED your period. I know it's hard to wait. And a couple months ago I was actually a weel late and finally took a test. It was negative and then I got my period that night. I know in the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility, it says that psycologically you can't make it late, but I disagree.

Good luck. I know how hard it is. We've been trying for 1 1/2 years now (had a miscarriage at 11 weeks during this) and every month I try not to get too discouraged. It will happen when God says it's time.
