My daughter will be 4 on 8.31. She stayed at my parents' house for a few days and had a tea party with Grandma. Now, she wants a tea party for her birthday. I'm looking for a party place that does the whole thing...fancy dresses, china, pretty tables, etc. I'd prefer NOT to do it at home. Any suggestions on who may do this? I know someone who does "princess for a day" parties but don't know anyone/anywhere that does little girls' tea parties. Any help is appreciated!

There used to be a place in League City that did tea parties for children. I had my daughter's tea party there and they did a great job. It was on Main Street in the historical area of League City. It has changed names and I don't know the name of it anymore. You can call Butler's Courtyard in League CIty and ask them since they cater events and they might know someone who does the tea parties.

There is a little tea room in Pearland called the Pear Tree. It is owned by grandma's. You want to give them a call an see if it something they be willing to do. Great atmosphere and tea sandwiches

OK, this is going to be a long shot but it might work. About 4 years ago there was a tiny scrapbook shop out at the Kemah Boardwalk. You know, all those individually owned shops out there. The lady that owned the scrapbook shop had a room in back that she rented out for crops and "TEA PARTIES". Her former business had been little girls birthday parties. She had this huge trunk of dress up clothes that they could dress up in and she served them a "proper" tea party. A friend of mine did this for her little girl and they had a blast. I do not know if she is still there or not. BUT it wouldn't be to hard to walk around and ask some of the shop owners. It is a very small area. Good luck.

I came across this post as I was searching for a certain tea lady myself. About 8 years ago there was a lady in Dickinson who did my oldest daughter's tea party. She had a built a cottage next to her house and it was all geared to little girls. She also had a sunroom built on to the tea cottage for the adults to enjoy homemade scones w/honey butter and tea. It was the cutest place and she used real china and the girls dressed up and she did a fashion show. All of the presents were held in an old-fashioned claw foot bathtub. I am now looking for her to do my 7 year old daughter's birthday party. She also did the parties for girl scout troops to earn their etiquette try-it. Oh how I wish I could remember her name and location. If ANYONE knows who she is or if she is still in business, please contact me at ____@____.com

Thanks!
