I was wondering if anyone can help me with a question I have about my taxes, my husbands health insurance is pre taxed, but on his w-2 I was told there should be something about that on box 14, well there's nothing, so can we still get any type of credit on that, on his pays tub it does say pre tax though, any advice would be great?

What can I do next?

If his health insurance premiums are taken from his check prior to taxes being taken out then you don't get a credit for them, and they won't show up on your W-2.

Look at the W-2 and see if Federal Taxable Wages are different from Medicare (FICA) Wages. Taxable should be lower than medicare wages. If that is the case, then you are all set. Healthcare premiums are already taken out from what the government is going to tax. If the numbers are the same, then your husband needs to get his W-2 reissued so that the appropriate amounts are shown in these boxes. Sending in pay stubs will not help. The government goes by W-2's and will request that the W-2 be reissued.

G., (you can use the check stub as proof they took taxes out), + the w-2s you should make copies of the check stubs and send them in with the w-2s. that way you can claim that taxed amount on your tax form. (his job may have forgot to put the taxed amount on the w-2s.)

On my W-2 the amount shown as gross income was about $4,000 less than what my actual gross income was (because it was less the almost $4,000 it cost to insure my daughter and I) And it was on the top portion of my w-2 that the government never sees as a cafeteria plan.
So in essense, my w-2 showed i made $4,000 less than i actaully did as the $4000 i paid in medical insurance is not taxable wages and therefore were simply left out of my W-2

No you cannot get double credit. If it's pre-taxes you can't deduct it. My box 14 has our flex account dollars in it but that is pre-tax as well.
