Grapevine has had their registration for the spring, but here is a link to their website. You can register for news links which will help for the next registration.

I work for Haltom City and our baseball association has already started their season (as have most other cities), BUT we are having a "blast ball" league once baseball is over (early June) for 3 & 4 year-olds to get introduced to basic baseball skills. The league is co-ed and each team will have 5-7 kiddos on it and a couple of coaches. It will be a family event and tons of fun! It will only cost $25. If you want more information, send me a message and I'd be happy to get it to you!

Hi T.,

You have probably missed the registration for this spring season as my older son is already playing with the Grapevine Youth Baseball. There will be fall registration. Look up www.gyb.org to keep track of registration.
Also, 3 years old children here in Grapevine play Blastball. It is hitting the ball from the T and run to first base. The base squeaks and they like that. Then the just run back to the dugout. We had my other son play last fall. He was barely 4 and we discovered that he lost interest in the "game". He was to young to understand it yet. We plan on putting him in T-ball at age 5 which will be next fall. Hopefully he will enjoy that as they play the game, field and run to all the bases. Good luck in your decision in having him play in the fall or waiting until he gets a little older to play T-ball.

Hi T.,
My son is now 6. He plays Soccer at the YMCA. He use to play T-Ball but, said he did not run enough. He played T-Ball for 2years and has been playing Soccer for 3years. We live in Irving so I don't know the number to the YMCA that you need. I now want to sign him up for Soccer for the City. He has learned several things about the positions but, I don't think he's learning enough. So I'm going to try the City. I think the cost is about $45-$50. They do give them a shirt but, you have to get the pants and shoes. Hope this helps you.

I know registration for TriCities baseball(HEB area) was in Feb/Mar. The season is coming to an end. I believe YMCA may still be registering, but I do know their season has begun as well. You might need to wait until Fall Ball which will begin in September with registration in August.
