Has anyone ever signed up to get paid for taking surveys through American Consumer Opinion? Was it legit, and did you make a little money by doing it? Also has anyone sold avon products before and did you make some extra money? Im looking to bring in just a little extra money a month to help with bills and unexpected expenses. I work full time and have 2 kids so i dont have a lot of hours but could really use a little extra. Money is very tight. thanks ladies!

My mom has sold Avon for 20 years. She works almost full-time at it and brings home $400 a month. Some months are better, some worse. The most time consuming part is scheduling deliveries and putting out catalogs/building your customer base.

I don't know about Avon or American Consumer Opinion, but check out my blog at www.makemoneyonline.tonoftips.net. I talk about a few things you can do to make money online. With the different things that I do I make a couple of extra hundred a month in my spare time.

When I first starting staying home -- I registered for mystery shopping though about 15 legit companies and had a list of at least that for paid surveys.

"Paid" is not like the mall where a guy stops you and says $20 for 20 minutes of your time. Lots of time the "pay" is under $1.. as in quarters, nickles, dimes. You also have plenty of places that have pre-qualifying questions, if you're not what they are looking for - then you don't finish and you don't get paid. I spent a lot of time doing surveys. It was fun sometimes, I got some free stuff from it, but it was not a viable income. Doing it fulltime you *might* see a couple hundred a month - once you got into the swing of it. It was a lot of work.

I can't tell you on Avon, I have no personal experience there.

Good luck!

I made about $150 wk selling avon. but I had an advantage 200 guys who werent allowed to go to the store bought what they needed of me. if you sell avon don't assume men wont buy it. they have a great mens line and men hate going to the store. I made more money off of men than women
