I am looking for a day camp in the North Fort Worth/Keller area for my 6 year old that will provide an opportunity for him to explore nature and be outdoors some. Just something for a week or two during the summer. Thank you for any suggestions you have.

This is not quite in your area but River Legacy Park in Arlington has fantastic nature camps all summer long. I think the website is www.riverlegacy.org. Good Luck!

The YMCA has some awesome themed programs that each last for a week. Just a thought.

We have the perfect camp for your son - www.AdventureDayCamps.com - located at Meadowmere Park on Lake Grapevine. We have Archery, Target Shooting, Kayaking, Fishing, Swimming, Orienteering, Geocaching, Arts & Craft Projects, Nature Walks, and more. Feel free to contact me with any questions. We limit our camps to 40 per week and the cost is $200. He'd LOVE it!
