Suggestions for Son's Kindergarten Graduation Gift

I have seen little girls receive flowers at their kindergarten graduation, but what is the boy equivalent of flowers? He has a little ceremony on Friday and I wanted to bring something small to him to celebrate his "big" day. Any suggestions?

What can I do next?

Balloons are a cute idea- maybe one of those balloons "on a stick" with a character. You could also give him a book wrapped with a big ribbon!

Boys love balls. You could do a spiderman ball. They are available at the dollar store.

Honestly, I've never heard of such a thing. The district I live in doesn't do a "graduation" after Kindergarten. Then school year ends and you are off to 1st grade.
But if others in your school are doing it, then I like a small balloon bouquet.

A journal if he can write, or a simple book that he'll like to read. Encourage continued education!

Maybe balloons would be good.

Balloons! Boys love balloons.

Or shoes (Forrest Gump said "Shoes are the best gifts because they take you places!)

I agree with balloons. We go to our dollar store. They are cheaper there than anywhere else I've seen. You can even call ahead. If you want, you can get a fancy foil one (perhaps from a party store) for your graduate.

Also, take him out for ice cream or lunch. Let him pick. Our daughter LOVED having "Daddy alone time" for her graduation last week. (Mom was stuck at home with a sleeping baby and big sister was still at school - LOL)
