Sol-U-Mel. Test first because this is very powerful (but non-toxic).

I have Melaluca Sol U Mel. My mom gave it to me and it has done wonders with tough stains. Use full concentrate and soak overnight.

Try using Oxy Clean stainer remover spray. I used this on a pair of pants that got pen on them in the dryer and the pen marks came right out. I swear by it!! It's the best stain remover I have ever used!

Christy is right. Solumel is the only thing I have found to get out Sharpie ink. Cheap hairspray works on plain ink but Sharpie permanent is really permanent without Solumel. It is a natural solvent but won't discolor your fabric.
