Someone to Help with Small Patio Project - Digging and Setting Some Flagstone

Does anyone know someone who would be able to help finish a small patio project we started a few years ago. I just need someone who can dig out the sod/dirt and set the rest of the stones. It is a small area, maybe 10 by 10 at the most. It isn't really a "landscape architect" project ... it's more manual labor. My husband and I haven't had the time to complete it and I would really like it finished before spring. I am trying to find someone who won't charge an insane amount of money as I am trying to finish all the other unfinished projects around my house. Thanks.

What can I do next?

This company did a lot of brick work in our yard and they did an awesome job. They take a lot of pride in the work and are attentive to details. They specialize in stone projects so I know they would do a good job with what you are trying to do. Here is the contact info...

Hi C.,

My business handles this type of work. Fresh Look is my company and we have a paint division which my husband takes care of and a curb appeal/landscape refresh division that I am passionate about. I would love to come out and give you an estimate. My niche market is homes for sale so I am used to working with clients who want to pay a minimal amount to make their yards an enjoyable and appealing environment for future sellers - not an unfinished project. Plus, being a Mamasource member you would get 10% off the labor cost.

Let me know if I can help you out. I know how relieving it is to mark projects off the list - that is soooooo my personality!
Kind regards,
A. R.

If you know what you are wanting done, one can just use a day laborer. I don't know where you live but we are in McKinney. There is a drive through in downtown. The other one that I know of is in Plano, off 75 behind best buy. I took my neighbor with me because she speaks fluent spanish and we worked out a price prior to the pickup. Many have their own transportation. Just an idea.
