The northtown Boys and Girls club at Paul Revere Park (Irving Park & Campbell) Has a soccer program. My kids are too young, so I really don't know how great it is. But hope it helps

I know the YMCA in Lakeview offers Soccer programs. Also go to the AYSO (american youth soccer programs - or something like that) website - there are a ton of clubs in the chicago area I think think they start at age 4 or 5.
Good luck.

My 7 y.o. daughter plays at Rogers Park which is up in West Rogers Park. It's AYSO, and they play on Sundays in the fall and spring. Registration for next fall will be sometime this spring, I believe.

My daughter loves it and we couldn't be happier!

The park district programs are very reasonable cost wise, I'm not sure about the coaching. But it is a good place to start.
