I am wondering if anyone knows how I can sign my son up for soccer. We live in San Ramon. It will be his first year playing. Also for baseball or tennis. I am trying to find him a indoor league and out door soccer team. I am not sure when sign ups are. If anyone know's please let me know. He is 8 years old. He is the only child. I really want him to start being active. If anyone has any idea I would love to hear them.
Thanks,
T. G

Little league has started, but you can call Danville Little League (assuming you're in their zone) to see if they still have spots. I'd recommend Mustang Soccer League, early registration is going on now through the end of March. Good luck!

The town of Danville sends out a recreation guide...we got our last week with sign-up info for sports. I believe San Ramon does the same thing, but you can also sign up for Danville leagues and pay a slighlty higher nonresident fee. Google town of Danville and it will bring the rec guide up online.

My son is only 4, but he plays soccer in Alameda at Bladium. The program is called Lil' Kickers, and I know that same program is in San Ramon at an indoor soccer place there. I can't remember what the place is called, but I am sure if you Google Lil' Kickers, it should come up. It's next to a bounce place on San Ramon Blvd, I think, near the 680 and Crow Canyon.

But I know Lil' Kickers goes to a higher age, I'm just not sure what it is. My son has been doing it ever since he was 18 months old.
