My daughter loves the SMART boards at school and always comes home and plays "teacher." She has a chalk board and a dry erase board but I was wondering if there were any toys out there that were similar to a SMART board (interactive whiteboard)?

TIA!

What can I do next?

Obviously not a classroom SMART board, but she might like it!

no-but that would be a great idea! They are super expensive though so it may be a cost inhibitive thing.

Google Johnny Lee! He figured out how to use Wii remotes to create a smartboard. We are actually using this technology at our school. As with any smartboard, you need a projector. This Wii technology will convert any surface into a Smartboard. There are other options as well, unfortunately I do not know the name. If you are interested, I will find out for you.

They are great technology, very powerful.

You might figure out which features she likes, and see if you can find toys with them. That is how I would start looking.
