I am a single mom of a 1 year old and although I have other friends with babies I don't end up doing much with them; time on weekends is for them and their families and I don't want to intrude. Most of my other friends don't have kids and no one really knows how lonely this life can be. So, if any of you feel like I do, let me know and perhaps we can talk and get together. I have a little boy, Lucas.. very social, almost 1 year old and just took his first steps today! I am looking to put him in part time day care because I am also going through a divorce and need some time for myself and to find a job. Hope to hear from you!

Sheridan House is a Christian organization that helps single moms. They provide support, etc. They are in Davie Florida. They just moved out on Flamingo Road. I am a single mom (of teenagers now) and have been truly blessed with them.
Well, single mom here of a 7 yr. old and a 17 month old. I don't know were you live but I live in Downtown Miami and they just made a really nice playground here. Feel free to let me know and we can meet over there.

I know how you feel I'm going through the same thing as far as wanting to hang out with friends when I can but they too have their priorities. My weekends fall on Sundays and Mondays so thats also a disadvantage if I wanted to hang out on the regular weekends. I just recently moved back to Miami and my son Jeremiah turned 3 in June. If you are still interested write me back and maybe we can hang. Talk to you soon.
