Shark Vac + Steam Mop

I have one and I love it. It is very conveinant when cleaning my kitchen floors. The only problem I have is getting under the lip of the cabinet for making sure that you get a good sweep (vaccumm). At first you might not see that much of a differance but you have to remember that it has to get all the previous cleaners off the floor before it can actually make your floors really clean. At least you would have the comfort of knowing you dont have chemicals on your floors!!

I don't have one but I'm very interested in hearing others opinions! My brother wants a Euro Pro this year which I'm not sure the real difference between the shark vac & that, but my other bro/sil & I are thinking of going in on it for him. Maby if the shark vac sounds better we'll get that instead! Thanks for posting this ;)

The Shark Vac was garbage!! It barely sucked up anything. I bought the Dyson and I'm in love!!

I almost bought one but just went with the Steam mop only.. LOVE, LOVE LOVE IT!!! Even my kids want to mop. It really makes everything seem clean. I sweep and vac constantly that is why I chose the mop only

NO,,,,it is so not worth the money....You can go and buy a perfectly good vacumm for less than $200. Ours works great and we have a dog and two cats that shed everywhere. The pad on our carpet was so clean that when we laid new carpet we were able to use the old pad. The installer said he has never seen such a clean pad before. As for steam cleaning you can buy one for less then $200 and it does a great job. I steam clean my carpets about once a month and it makes them look new. Don't waste your money on an expensive cleaner. I found a Bissel vacumm for pets is best. And I have a Hoover Steam Cleaner that is great. Can be used on carpet and regular floors. Save your money and go to Target or Walmart and get what you need.

I have the steam mop only as well, have an electric broom (new) type thing to vacuum...I LOVE the shark steam mop. I may have gone with the vacuum in retrospect as I have wood laminate floors, and maybe their vacuum would have gotten up the fine dirt/dust better. (If you look at an angle, you can see the streaks.) But I LOVE MY SHARK!!! Get it.
