I am looking for work from home employment....with so many scams out there is been hard trying to choose one that works. With the current economy the way it is, going back to work would really help our finances...Putting the kids in daycare on the other hand would not be worth it! I enjoy being the one home with them, not contributing to household does start to have its toll! However after being a stay at home mom for the past 3 years, applying for a job and going through interviews its not the same as going from one job to another. They automaticaly look at you like you are lazy or something....If anyone knows any good and legitimate opportunities out there please let me know. Thank you!

West at Home is a legit work at home job. It's a home based call center. I worked for them for a while. The least you will make is minimum wage.
You can also try working at ChaCha.com. Some people there have been making $600-800 a month with the guide roles. It is a nice way to make money in your spare time.

I agree, putting the kids in daycare is just not worth it. The prices are outrageous and you just miss out on so much. Exactly the reasons I do not work out in "corporate America." Instead, I work from home and make full-time money with part-time hours that I set based on what we have going on at home. How do I do this? I am an AVON Independent Sales Representative. I set my own hours and work, when, where, and how I want. I am building my own team and work with them to help them to be successful and make as much money as they can. My AVON business is all I do and I am a single mother of two. I am still early in my career, but I have lofty goals. By the end of next year, I plan to have incorporated all that I have learned from other reps to be earning six figures. My ultimate goal is to be make the kind of money that an AVON rep just north of Dallas is making. AVON sends her checks for apporiximately $8000 every two weeks.
