Seeking the Perfect (Or Close to Perfect) Swimsuit for Me, Mom.

i have had luck with store called California Sunwear. There is one in the Jackson Outlets in NJ, but there might be one in Franklin Mills Mall. The store is little expensive, but the suits are worth it. They sell every style swim suit you can imagine and the nicest thing is that you can y the top and bottom in different sizes. I have a few tank stlye suits from there and they are great. You can choose any style bottom, skirt, shorts or the typical. You can also choose any style top. It is a great store!!!

If you go to www.qvc.com and type in "It Figures swimsuits," you will find an array of swimsuits that take care of specific problem areas. You can get one piece or two piece tankini styles (no bikinis in this collection). They have regular sizes as well as women's sizes, so if you need one to compensate for a large bust, try one of their "C cup and up" swimsuits, which have a built-in bra. If you are trying to hide your tummy, your hips, your butt, they have ones that are specifically for each of those problems.

I am a plus-sized person who is quite busty and I ordered one of the "C cup and up" swimdresses last year and it gives nice chest coverage (especially for a DD!) They run about $60-$90. When you watch one of their presentations on QVC, they tell you to order one size larger than your normal size; however, I ordered my normal size and it fits fine. You can return it in 30 days if you don't like it. Good luck and have fun at the theme park!

I have a Speedo sports swim suit and it works very well. I also have a very large chest, especially if I am nursing and this is the only one that works for me now. I use it to work out at the pool several days a week. The sports one have extra hold since they are used in competitions and things like that. Good luck!

I got a couple of nice swimsuits at Value City at the beginning of the swimsuit season. (way back in Feb/March). They are 2 piece with a skirt which is nice since it's always hard to be fast in the bathroom if you have to take the whole thing off at the park. They were only $20 a piece. I have had the same problem finding one that fits right and covers nicely. These seem to be doing the trick.

Give LandsEnd.com a try. They do sell some Lands End swimsuits at Sears, but the biggest selection is online. You can do separate tops and bottoms and they have several options for "covering up what needs to be covered" as well as tops for D cups and larger that have much more bra support. You are probably going to pay upwards of $100, but it will be a quality swimsuit. Good luck!
