Emler's Swim School is excellent! They really care about the children and are very professional and value the parents. Don't know if there is one in or near Allen, but I know they have several locations.

Our little girl took swim lessons at Lifetime Fitness in Allen. We all really like the job they did. Good Luck!
The McKinney High School offers swim lessons year round. They have an indoor pool and do a wonderful job. We originally took lessons at Stonebridge through the YMCA. It rained us out a few times and they never made up those dates for us. They sent us a discount for the next year if we signed up with them again. My sister inlaw knew Coach Serio who has been the swim coach forever. They are so good with the kids and we were so pleased when, by the end of the week our 5 year old was jumping into the deep end off the diving board. The good thing is that you can do more than one session during the summer. We do two sessions a summer for our kids. We do one in the spring and one at the beginning of summer. The classes are small. It was just my daughter and her cousin. It is one hour a day for a week. The cost is $50.00. They are held at the McKinney High School behind the movie theatre off of HWY 75. We love it

I can't say enough good things about Paige Hudec and the other instructors at Metroplex Gymnastics and Swim in Allen. Your daughter will be swimming after one session (a session is usually two weeks but I think they also offer classes once a week over a longer period) and they are so great with the kids.
