Seeking Reliable and Inexpensive Bankruptcy Lawyer

Hi,

On the advice of my public accountant, my husband and I are unfortunately looking into filing bankruptcy (we had a foreclosure in 2006). Does anyone know of a good bankruptcy lawyer that won't cost a fortune? We live in Arvada, but can travel to Denver or the surrounding area.

Thanks in advance!
Jen

I don't have a lawyer reccomendation but I would reccomend you listen to Dave Ramsey or read his books. He can help so this doesn't happen again! It really works, it's not easy but I can imagine this bankruptcy hasn't been too great either.

W. Robert Montgomery, Lakewood, CO - google him - he's such a nice man, a client of mine. Very good and will take care of you.

My husband and I used Todd Hall. Very cheap and he got the job done, we had absolutely no complaints.
