I am currently looking for a primary physician who is also trained in alternative medicine. I would like a practicioner that can provide a more holistic approach to my health and wellbeing. Does anyone know of any doctors in the Mckinney Allen Frisco Plano area. I have heard of a Dr. Bo Brantley in McKinnney and a Kimberly Wilson in Plano. If anyone has used either of these doctors or has any knowledge and experience with someone else, I would appreciate any insight you have. Thanks

I know of 2 holistic MD's both are family practice and focus on natural remedies/supplements first. Dr. Daniel Chartrand at Harmony Health in Allen ###-###-#### and Dr. Karen Asbury in Plano ###-###-####. Both are excellent.
Dr. Donna Smith in Wichita Falls could be your doctor even though she's a little ways away. She has clients all across the country. And she's excellent! She is a clinical nutritionist so she can handle ANYthing! And if that won't work for you she would be one who could refer you to someone in your area I'm sure. D.O's are typically more holistic in their treatment of patients. Some D.O.s do not practice this philosophy so I would be sure to call and ask before making an appointment.
Dr. Chartrand is wonderful! He is our family physician and I have been very happy with his treatment of myself, my husband and our 2 children. He spends time with his patients and knows their names without having to look at a chart.
